- Orders from 120.00 CHF are shipped by us free of charge, regardless of size and weight. Depending on the item, we ship by parcel post or furniture carrier. Parcels are usually delivered to the front door, large and bulky furniture to the curb. This is known as standard delivery. Not by car/truck, or buildings and places that are difficult to reach (mountain areas) must be agreed and calculated individually and are excluded from these provisions. Parcels are delivered unannounced by the post office. If you are not on site when the delivery is made, the courier usually leaves a pick-up notice. With this you can arrange a second delivery or pick up the package at the nearest post office. The delivery of larger shipments is usually announced in advance. The forwarding agent carrying out the transport will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
